-1 pkg. of 12 sweet Hawaiian rolls (may substitute small rolls, cocktail buns or any other small bun)
-1 lb. thinly sliced deli ham (may substitute turkey, chicken or roast beef)
-1 lb. thin sliced deli Swiss cheese (may substitute cheddar, Monterey Jack, provolone, Havarti or mozzarella)
-1/4 cup real mayo
Glaze:
-1/2 stick of real butter, melted (salted or unsalted)
-1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
-1 Tbsp. honey
-1 Tbsp. Poppy seeds
-1/2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
-1 tsp. Worcestersire sauce
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees
-grease a 9x13 pan
-slice rolls down the center, leaving top and Bottom in tact
-spread mayo on bottom section of rolls, place in bottom of prepared pan
-layer ham, then cheese, top with top section of rolls.
-in a small bowl, mix melted butter, dijon mustard, honey, poppy seeds, minced onion and Worcestershire sauce.
-cover with foil, bake for 10 - 12 minute, until cheese is bubbly and top of rolls are golden brown.
*we like to use leftover cranberry relish and turkey with Swiss cheese after the holidays
