Banana Bread

Ingredients

-1 cup softened butter

-2 cups Sugar

-4 eggs

-1/4 tsp. Salt

-2 tsp. Baking soda

-4 cups flour

-4 large bananas, very ripe, mashed

-1 cup finely chopped pecans

-Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Method

-Cream together butter and sugar.

-grease two loaf pans

-Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition

-Sift dry ingredients together;

-Add creamed ingredients

-Stir in bananas and chopped pecans

-bake for one hour
