Butter Chicken in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients

-2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast

-1/2 sweet yellow onion, diced

-3 tsp. Minced garlic

-1 Tbsp. Red curry past

- 2 tsp curry powder

-1 tsp. Salt

-1 tsp. tumeric

-1/2 tsp. Fresh grated ginger

-14.5 oz full fat coconut milk

- 6 oz. tomato paste

-1/2 cup heavy cream

-2 cups basmati rice

Method

Add all ingredients except cream and rice in slow cooker, stir to combine. Cover and cook on low, 6-8 hours. Add cream and prepare rice.

Serve rice in bowl, topped with chicken mixture and a side of naan.
