Maple & Mustard Chicken Dish

Ingredients

-1/2 cup dijon

-1/4 cup maple syrup

-1 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar

-6-8 chicken thighs

-salt and pepper

Method

-Preheat oven to 450 degrees

-Spray baking dish with spray

-Mix dijon mustard, maple syrup and rice wine vinegar in a bowl

-Place chicken thighs in oven proof dish, salt and pepper thighs

-Pour Mustard and maple syrup mixture over chicken, turning thighs once to coat

-Bake for 40 minutes or until thermometer reads 155 degrees
