Mexican Biscuit Bake

Ingredients

-1 lb. ground beef

-1 10 oz. can enchilada sauce

-1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce

-1 16 oz. can refrigerated biscuits

-1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese

Method

-preheat oven to 350 degrees

-grease a 13x9 baking dish

-brown beef, drain

-add enchilada sauce and tomato sauce into brown beef, mix well.

-cut refrigerated biscuits into fourths, stir them into meat mixture

-add salt and pepper

-pour into prepared baking dish

-bake for 25 minutes, until biscuits are cooked through

-Sprinkle cheese on top, bake an additional 10 minus.

-let stand 5 minutes
