Mom's Chili

Ingredients

-1 lb 80/20 beef

-2 onions diced

-1 lb chili meat

-1 lg can tomato sauce

-2 cans water

-1 can tomato soup

-4 Tbsp. chili powder

-4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

-2 tsp. Cumin

-Salt and pepper

Method

Brown onions and beef in large pot.

Add all other ingredients, cover and simmer 30 minutes.


*optional: add 1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers at the end to absorb any grease and add a little saltiness

*I usually double this recipe and will use a mix of ground beef and chili meat.
