Party size Crabby Phyllo Cups

Ingredients


-2 packages (1.9 oz each) frozen miniature

phyllo tart shells

-1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

-2 to 3 Tbsp. Horseradish

-3/4 cup chopped chunk crab meat (may use imitation)

-1 Tbsp chopped green onion

-2 small sweet red peppers, finely diced

-paprika

-dill weed




-preheat oven to 350 degrees

-in a small bowl, beat cream cheese and horseradish until smooth.

-stir in crabmeat, diced pepper and green onion

-spoon 2-3 teaspoon fulls into each cup

-sprinkle with paprika

-place shells on baking sheet, bake 16-18 minutes or until tops begin to brown

-garnish with fresh dill
