Sausage And Cheese Muffins

Ingredients

-1lb. Hot ground pork sausage

-1 small onion diced

-1 tsp. Onion powder

-3 cups Bisquick

-1 10.75 oz can Campbelle’s condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup

-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

-3/4 cup buttermilk

Method

-Preheat oven to 375 degrees

-Grease mini muffin tins, should make two dozen

-Cook sausage and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink. Drain and cool

-Combine sausage, baking mix, and shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl. Make well in center of mixture

-In another bowl, whisk together soup and milk, then add to the well in the dry ingredients.

-Stir to combine, mix well until dry ingredients are moistened.

-spoon mixture into prepared muffin cups

-bake 15 to 18 minutes or until slightly browned on top
